Rev. Noreen Williams-Gibbs is an Ordained Minister and a Biblical Teacher and Founder and President of Victorious Life In Christ Ministries. The ministry main office is the United States of America and Grenada.

Rev. Williams-Gibbs was born in Marigot, St. John, Grenada. She attended Grand Roy Government School and later graduated from St. Rose Modern Secondary School. Before migrating to the United States, she was active in her community— organizing and coordinating local programs and events.

In the USA, she received her undergraduate degree from the Metropolitan College in NY. She holds a Master of Divinity from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA, where she graduated with distinction and honors. She also received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity title for her work serving the church and community.

Rev. Williams-Gibbs served as Director of Long-Life Information and Referral Services a Case Management Program, helping families with developmental disabilities, and with New York City Administration for Children Services.

In 2008, Williams-Gibbs focused on teaching to help grow healthy, vibrant disciples of Christ while mentoring and supporting Christian women to live faith-filled fruitful lives. Later, she began coaching pastors, lay leaders, and congregations within the Reformed Church in America where she served as an ordained Elder, on the Brooklyn Classis, and nationally, on the General Synod Council of the denomination.

Rev. Williams-Gibbs later ministered at Parkchester Baptist Church in NY, before stepping down in response to God’s calling to begin this ministry.

She is married and has one son. She loves the church—and by that, she means the universal church of Jesus Christ, regardless of denomination. She enjoys reading, meditating, and spending one-on-one time with God. She fiercely guards her alone time and enjoys traveling, singing, dancing, and listening to jazz and contemporary Christian music.

One of her primary passions is to do all she can to facilitate unity among Christian denominations so that the church will better represent the will of God and help others who have yet to place their faith in Christ to see and encounter Him through His church.

Our Vision

The Ministry strives to plant seeds of faith that will prayerfully help the children and, by extension, their families to one day bear fruit of a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Also, to help Christian women mature in their faith through the practice of Scripture engagement and spiritual disciplines so they can live fully the life God purposed for them.

"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full." - John 10:10 (NIV)

How And Why We Started

Our VBS Story

Our founder, Reverend Noreen Williams-Gibbs, grew up on the island of Grenada in a village of Marigot, St. John. When she visited Marigot in 2018, she noticed children passing by her family home – particularly, a little girl who reminded her of her own youth.

As she continued watching that little girl, she thought about the Marigot community and her teenage years. Rev. Williams-Gibbs shared, [As a teenager] “I was not knowledgeable about the Bible, still I noticed how the Christians in our community lived, and how I, shaped by my environment, lived. I knew those ways could not be pleasing to God. I knew God wanted more; He deserved better from me. So, I yearned for a place where I could learn Christian values to grow in my relationship with God and expand my biblical knowledge.” Later in life, by engaging with a biblically based Christian community, she grew in her relationship with God, which bolstered her ability to make better, Christ centered decisions.

Today, VBS has served hundreds of children since 2018. By God’s grace, we will continue encouraging children to build a relationship with God and to seek out His divine wisdom.
