Rev. Noreen Williams-Gibbs is a Biblical Teacher. She also serves as a coach to the Christian Woman who wants to surrender her life and live a faith-filled, fruitful, and fulfilling life to the glory of God.

She explained that, early in her Christian journey, her walk with God was shaky. She felt like a fake. “I had not surrendered, and I had no genuine joy. As I grew in faith, I knew my life was not Holy Spirit led. The transformation happened when I allowed God full access to my life and began practicing the spiritual disciplines. Now, I serve as the Founder and Executive Director of Victorious Life In Christ Ministries.”

Rev. Williams-Gibbs graduated with distinction and honors from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA, with a Master of Divinity. She received the Doctor of Divinity title for her work serving the church and community.

Throughout her years in ministry, she focused on teaching to help grow healthy, vibrant disciples of Christ while mentoring and supporting Christian women to live faith-filled, fruitful lives. Later, she began coaching pastors, lay leaders, and congregations. Rev. Williams-Gibbs ministered at Parkchester Baptist Church in NY before stepping down in response to God’s calling to this ministry.

She is married, has one son and she loves the church regardless of denomination. One of her primary passions is to do all she can to facilitate unity among Christian denominations. So, as the church, we will better represent God and help others who have yet to place their faith in Christ to see and encounter Him through His church.
